bush isn't getting my vote. iraq is merely the latest in a string of missteps, i feel, that this administration has had in dealing with the rest of the world.
that, and a lot of what bush said to make himself look moderate during the election... didn't pan out. the uniter, not divider part? he's polarized the populace, which is a bad thing. the humble nation that gain's the world's respect? under his command, the us hasn't appeared humble at all, but arrogant.
for bush to save face--and his ass, wmds must be found. he needs to do this quickly, imho. i too think that they did exist; what's evident now, however, is that all of bush's "secret intelligence" was worth jack ****.
as i understand it, from what i've read, the the information was spun before it reached bush... who spun it further before he released it to us. the spin wasn't done by the cia.
