Crash isn't all bad. Some of the cinematography is nice - especially in the car wash scene. But generally speaking it's not a very good film.

that was it, it was the lesbian scene that I heard about that got me to rent it. I heard it was pretty graphic. I certainly wasn't renting the film for it's "story"

Maybe if there was some sort of story it wouldn't have been so bad.

Why would you rent this film from the video store just to see the sex scenes? If all you want is to see a porn movie then rent a porn movie. Sure, Crash is explicit, but if you're desperate to see two women getting it on then you can easily rent movies where they do nothing else for 90 minutes.

          I don't like lesbian porn.

And actresses are almost always better looking that porn stars.

I watched Bound for the same reason. In fact I was kind of confusing bound and this movie for some reason. The story in bound was at least better than this one, and it had 2 fairly hot chicks in it.

Crash has Holly Hunter, Rosanna Arquette and Deborah Unger, all hot (okay, Rosanna has looked better). The sex in this movie isn't really supposed to turn you on, because the people in the movie have gotten so saturated with sexual pleasure they need to turn to something else to get their kicks.
