The original article was stupid sensationalist crap (probably written by a mac user). Last time I checked (about 10 years ago) Icelandic children were required to learn 4 languages, Icelandic, English, another scandinavian language, and a fourth language. AFAIK they are the most linguistically advanced people on the planet. What difference would an english-only OS make?
