At best, the taly is really 1-1. We yanks arrived too late in WW1. At best, we shortened the war and gave the French and brits the ability to be spiteful as hell in versailles. Clearly we recued them in WW2. Wegev the French lots of money in Indochina but undermined them politically, we pulled the rugg from under them in Suez and were no too understanding in Algeirs. As for the Cold War, well, too complicated to count.

Plus the french were undermining our efforts in the Civil War and they attempted to take over the Capitol of Mexico City.
The Mexican calvary made short work of them on May 5. And the U.S. also then sent in men and supplies to aid the Mexicans to push the French off the continental part of North America for good.
the French are just lucky we were involved in a civil war or we'd really have to kick their ass.
