Ouagadougou is the French spelling of the capitol of Burkina Faso (I think). It is probably the funniest city name

We had a discussion yesterday and Paris won. Rome is next on the list, although probably we'll go via Rome to Tuscany - Sienna, Florence etc. next year, if we manage.
Sten, looks like we might meet in Paris... lets keep in touch. Are you dragging your kids along?

... Paris (more to see).
You MUST be kidding.
Paris is nice for a day trip (or a weekend rather, and a week if you intend to see the Louvre), you can spend at least a week in Rome and you still won't have seen anything.
I could also point you to the place with the best Italian ice cream (near the Piazza Colonna, I believe), and a place where you can get nice "granita di caffe" (coffee ice, near the Pantheon).
Well, I guess I know Rome better than Paris...
I've been to Rome on a school trip for Latin class with an extremely knowledgeable teacher.
In Paris I've only really seen the usual tourist attractions, I guess.
