I was talking to my grandfather about this, and the various no-smoking bylaws being passed around the region lately, and he put it quite apt: he said he never heard of anyone going out and beating their wives or getting into car accidents because of tobacco or marijuana.

It only makes sense to treat marijuana the same as tobacco/alcohol; I'm sure one could make the argument that pot is the least dangerous of the three. Only seems to be the right-wing nutjobs in the States who have such a hard time with it any more.

A $100 fine? For 15 grams? What is there to cheer about?

                    IMO that's $100 too much
Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
And notifying the next of kin
                    Once again...
