New Sheepsta publicly announces that the war of LIBERATION has begun.

To Centralis: We hold not grudges against your nation but the Sheepstan people, once members of OSDN, have been mercifully exploited by Alecrast and Bulbagarden. While New Sheepsta will take effort in not attacking your soldiers, hell we want to work with you, we after all gave Ew Bastard to Centralian authorities, we cannot gaurantee that either Alecrast or Bulbagarden will kill some of your honorable men and blame it on the New Sheepstan forces.

We urge you not to take this step, as not only are you supporting vile and corrupt regimes but you are also putting your men in harm's way!

The only reason why our troops would be in harm's way would be if you were to attack them. We will be investigating any attacks made on our troops to make sure we know who did it, so you need not worry that you will be framed for attacking us; if, however, you *DO* attack us, you can either turn over the troops responsible (*ALL* of them, including whoever authorized the attack and whoever should have preventd it but failed to do so) to be prosecuted, or else we will assume that you want to attack us, and we will take the offensive.

Why put your troops there to be attacked? What right do you have to be there? what purpose will it solve? It is making open war mroe likely IMHO, putting mroe troops there.

They're there to help maintain order and defend civilians against the attacks of anyone. Again: the only situaiton in which it will make war more likely is if they are attacked, and considering that they are not there to fight against anyone, an attack on them wil merely prove that whoever did it was not interested in peace.

New Sheepsta has now called Centralis a traitor to the Sheepstan people. They still attempt to keep their buddies Alecrast in control of Sheepsta. However we shall not go out of way to attack them, any deaths in the warzone that Sheepsta has become will now be classified as collateral damage.

Given the recent statements by the so-called 'New Sheepsta', any attacks on Centralian troops by the paramilitaries will be classified as a deliberate act of war against Centralis. 'Collateral damage' is not an acceptable definition, for either civilian casualties or attacks on the soldiers of a non-belligerent nation.

If they are a non-bellgerent nation they would not be on Sheepstan lands effecting a unjust occupation. If they were a non-bellgerent nation they would be at home.

Therefore we can only assume that you are inleague with the occupiers in trying to control Sheepsta, against its wishes. Therefore we shall strike at anyone we see as a threat to Sheepstan liberation and reunification.

It will not mean they are not interested in peace, it could be a legitimate defence against someone sending troops into their country. You can be sure if you sent troops into Akiria, you would not be met with open arms.

Sheepsta: We are not there to occupy Sheepsta, we're there to prevent you or the Alecrastians or anyone else from attacking civilians. If you try to prevent us from doing so, the only conclusion that can be drawn from this is that you do wish to attack civilians.

Akiria: It is not 'their country', and will not be until the court rules otherwise. If we were there to administer territory, you might have a point; but we aren't.

It is our territory. Sheepsta is for Sheepstans and no-one else!

And you do not respresent Sheepstans. If elections are ever held, and you win, then you may claim to respresent them; until then, you cannot.

Te fact is that they cannopt be hold until Alecrast and Bulbargarden leave the island all together. They wish nothing but the subjugation of Sheepsta through puppet regimes.

They have already agreed to a second referendum under international supervision to determine the future of the island, and have also agreed to have the matter mediated by the Court. The only nation which is opposing this is you.

Centralis: Why should you be there, at all? What rigth do you have to march troops into another nation? What mandate do you have? Until the court rules otherwise, it is not legal for it to be occupied by anyone other than natives.

Any further acts of agression from Sheepstan troops will no longer be met with just defensive actions by either Alecrast or Bulbagarden. Attack us again, and you will have a Sheepsta 1 step closer to being united again. With Fort Jesus being restored to its proper South Sheepsta ownership.
