The engineers are on their way.

As we have now ended military rule, we will be holding new elections to all parliaments soon. If you wish, you may send officials to monitor the new elections, although we do not see much reason to; Centralian democracy is highly praised throughout most of the region.
No doubt, but some of the remaining rebels might not agree and stage an assault or two, or just disturb and intimidate the population. We'll be there as a neutral party, making sure that doesn't happen.

I would prefer bringing them to justice, rather than outright shooting them. Perhaps they can be tried for war crimes at the Apolyton Court... Along with any of your army's officers that didn't quite bother to respect international treaties in fighting the rebels.

What can I expect in AA equipment from this? Most of these will be going to homeland defence forces.

We are very interested in procuring man portable surface-to-air missiles.

As the situation in Centralis returns to normal, Noosland withdraws our paratroopers and light infantry. Border is reopened to allow for commerce.

We now dispatch 10,000 tons of food and 1000 tons of medical supply for emergency aid.

We have pulled out most of our ground troops, and are leaving 30,000 peace keeping troops if the government of Centrails allows this. ALso we are keeping oun Carrier battle group in the region.

We already have some of our Army Corp of Enginers in Centrails and will be sending more soon. We will also send $10 Billion in aid and you can loan aditional $15 Billion if you need it. We will also be sending 12,000 tons of food and medical supplies.

You can expect a bidding war on that one.

You're welcome to take them into custody if htey're still alive to be arrested. It tends to be rather hard to place a man under arrest when he's walking aorund with an SMG and has friends with rocket launchers nearby.

If any such incidents come to our attention, we are qutie capable of dealing with them ourselves. We run a very professional military which would be outraged if any of it's members were to commit war crimes.

Stinger missiles appear to make up the bulk of the captured AA weapons, with a few heavier ones such as SAM-7s.

You'll have to fight that one out with Alecrast. We will sell them to the highest bidder.

                    Bad News: Anarchy Returns

With the general elections still a few days away, anarchy has now returned to Centralis as a large faciton within the military revolted against the government and restarted the civil war. While the situation as regards govenrment control is somewhat less dire than before, the new rebels haveaccess to much better weapons than the old. We are currently taking action to safeguard our nuclear arsenal at all costs. All nations who assisted us before are asked to do so again; a swift response will hopefully be enough to crush this attempt at a coup. The military rebels appear to be preaching an extreme-right, fundamentalist dictatorship.

They shall not be victorious. Alecrast troops still in Centralis have already engaged the rebal forces, and we've sent in a further 2 divisions of Rangers and a Squadron of our Valkyrie fighters as support.

Thankfully news of the rebellion came just as our troops were preparing to pull out of Centrails. Thus our orginal force of 200,000 men, and 2,000 tanks is still in Centrails. We are ordering back one of our aircraft carriers, also we are sending in 50,000 Paratroopers as well.

We will begin a joint assualt on the rebels once everyone is ready. In the mean time our troops will help Centrails safeguard all nuclear weapons.

Noosland responds by sending in the 3rd, the 18th, and the 79th Mechanised Infantry Division, together with the 2nd Armored Division and the 8th Airmobile Division. As information has been arriving to our HQ, our air forces have begin bombing attacks against rebel strongholds.

We have established a small, temporary coastal base near Port Antioch on the Centralis mainland primarily for the unloading of allied nations' troops. We have sent an infantry division to assist in supressing the rebellion (the recent troops' weapons upgrade is now complete, our soldiers are equipped with a new light-weight automatic rifle, the P-90-X) to be deployed as the loyalist military see fit.

In other news, Ceroo's new nuclear submarines proved themselves in their first outing (helping inforce the embargo on the Centralis rebels) and more are now scheduled for production. With reference to the submarine that went missing after salvaging the equipment from an unidentified vessel, it did report in eventually. It's disappearance was related to an internal governmental issue, which had now been rectified.

Should any further assistance be required please just ask and we will see what help we can offer.

With the help of a large foreign intervention, the rebels are in reteat and have largely abandoned the Nullabor plains, with heavy fighting going on in Neuvostan between the rebels and the loyalists. Howeve,r their storngholds in the Iron Mountains remain intact; it may require a protracted campaign to drive them out.

You can always try to starve them out.
