The Centralis list of non-states includes Akiria and the Sovietskii Soyuz; they have been placed on the list due to their take-over by computerised dictatorships. centralis intends no hostile action against either of you, but being on the list means that as far as Centralis is concerned, you do not exist as states. There are no longer any Akirian made computers existing in our nation. They were destroyed as soon as Akizeta revealed that they contained copies of itself.
