I don't think anybody's trying to make it less than fun. It seems to me we just have a few differences in opinion.
As for Auldoninna being "not wanted", I think "not trusted" is a more accurate description of your situation. Guardinia would definitely like to see an improvement in relations between us, but we can't have friends we don't trust and trust is a thing that takes time to build - especially when it's broken or non-existant to begin with. It won't happen overnight. But that doesn't mean it won't happen.
