I can understand that, but since when has it been used in a relative sense rather than ana bsolute one? After all, no-one talks about, say, Nicaraghua having a larger agricultural sector than the United States, even though your definition would mean that they did.

You don't need to have Arms Manufacturing as your central industry to have a powerful army.
Back to the real world, we notice that Western countries with strong armies have something like 80% of people employed in services, and not manufacturing.Everything changes, but nothing is truly lost.Comment
