You can. Tassadaria, Azan, and Frankychanland (the other nation that once claimed Azan's spot) no longer exist on NationStates' server and their spaces are available to be claimed. I thought I did it already. I apologize.

The decision was made to leave their names on the map for geographical naming and roleplaying purposes.
