Just under 400 members of the Jonchastani Militia landed in South-eastern Azan shortly after 2pm local time today, to assist with the establishment and defence of Jonchastan's recently announced humanitarian aid and relief programme for the war-torn region.
The Coordinating Congress of the Gaurd and Militia Councils announced that the light frigates Voice of the People and Fall of the Ancien Régime and the cruiser Jonchabad have moved to Azani waters to ensure that aid shipments to the new medical facility could continue unhindered. They were joined en route by several support ships from the Basus Navy.
There are unconfirmed reports the Auldoninan officials had been given a tour of the facility, but neither the Militia nor the Audonina embassy were available for comment.

The Foreign Aid Department of Ministry for International Affairs today began a full-scale relief operation into Azan. At present, no military forces have been deployed, but the Ministry for Defence has stated that any attacks upon Centralis personnel will lead to a military presence to defend them.

The Karakasian government will send some of its grain surplus to Azan. The supplies will be airlifted from Pristina.

Shipments of rice, grain, water and medicines have been sitting on the runway in Hannalia, plus ports througout Ceroo and, we believe, Guardinia, for a long time.
However, due to previous threats Cerooan vessels are remaining on standby for the time being. We would like to apologise to the Azani people for our caution, and assure them that as soon as their brutal oppressors have vacated the areas we will attempt to bring in aid.

In other news, due to the expense of keeping the fleet in operation so far from home, the INS Endeavour and the Cerooan 1st Fleet will be returning from their patrol duties near Ceroo de Wysteria to the Apolyton region. The Cerooan government would like to openly inform all paties that the fleets' course will take it through the Apolynesian isles on its' way back to Newport in Ceroo (It will, of course, respect the territorial waters of all nations). To any of the uncivilised, war-mongering nations in that region, you have now been made aware that the fleet will be passing through, and of its destination, we advise you to leave it be.-Sir TComment

Large rumblings are heard through the night as the aid sent to General FrankyChan begin their mission, heading for FCL's southern border. Auldoninna landed military presence in the region concerned in bloodshed despite the affair being an internal matter of General FrankyChan.
Now you Prime minister Howard claim to be there purely to help the former Azani people to establish elections barely months after top officers in your own military were forced to resign due to your own election rigging and you passed a law granting you unequalled power.
It was not long ago that you reported a friendly fire incident upon the FCL forces and now you make public that FrankyChan forces attacked your own and that you retaliated by annhilating them. Hive intelligence confirms suspicions otherwise, as aerial photographs shown here :

Basus national security advisor Peter van Schilgaarde has confirmed the departure of the aircraftcarrier 'De admiraliteit" escorted by two battlecruisers and several supportships. The aircraftcarrier will keep several flightroutes open and secure, for medical and civilian transports.
