The evil military leader which had grabbed control over Rome has just been executed. The Romans once again rejoice under the rule of the might Shavlor. Shavlor accepts Demos's peace terms and also wishes that we can forget the past and make a new future in which we can work together. The Romans decide that banking would be the best knowledge to spread throught the known world, since after the evil military leader was killed the Romans money system went haywire. Shavlor beleives that with the installment of banks all will be put to normal.

Citizens rejoice that sanity has returned to the world. The gift of banking shall be delivered by courier to all nations on the next turn.

We trust that the displaced citizens of Tarentum will make their journey back to Roman territory soon enough.

Tarentum no longer exists. The city has been disbanded, and Roman forces are trekking back to Rome.

We'll have to see if Cannon Making was wise or not. I want peace, this war was never my intention. I was attacked, and lost a city. However, I regained it, and made a hefty dent in the Roman military machine.

I also intiated peace, so if cannon making is used for any purpose other than the protection of Roman cities, we know who to blame. The international community will be watching...

A new Embassy has been established in Rome, and citizens rejoice at the new era of cooperation between Cardiff and Rome.

Demosthenes also wishes to formalise border arrangements with the Egyptians. The new city of Buto is welcomed, but the Welsh ask that Buto and Llandarcy be the Egyptian-Welsh border towns, the place where our two great nations meet, again, and that no further southern expansion is sought.

This seems reasonable enough, for if you you expand any further south, then you will find yourself amongst a hive of Welsh citizens.

Reports stream in of joyful acceptance of the knowledge of Banking. Let us hope that these banks do not turn out to exploit the people of our peaceful world.
