A megalomaniac and subversive cult was discovered by diligent citizens in Seminole. Such anti-democratic forces have been found guilty of terrorism through the judicial process and have been dealt with.

Truly a tragedy... Hextapul sends his regrets to Demos for the losses of his troops. It seems that Shavlor now wants peace with the Assyrians after his sucesses with the Welsh.

We hope that Chief Tom Red will share with all leaders who was the perpetrator of this insidious cult. For shame on whoever would stoop to such tatics...

I would venture a guess, but to spread rumors based upon assumptions would be unjust.

        • Turn 104 to Demos.

Worshipful crowds thronged the streets of Sydney as they sought to catch a glimpse of 'The Untainted One' upon his return.

Refreshed from his pilgrimage St Jon first offered his sincere thanks to Pope Mobius for his regency. He who lives for love was then moved to tears at the sight of so many valiant young Australians wounded at the front. Surely no nation has suffered such as has Australia in seeking to bring peace and reconciliation to a turbulant World!

Still with tears in his eyes, His Purity sadly gave his blessing to the razing of Sirnicum to the ground as a warning to residents of other 'Bestial' Cities not to reject the words of the servants of The Saint. This sad duty will be performed after the purification of Londinium, razing it to the ground, next Turn.

Love even unto the beasts of the field.

Let me be the first to welcome the vaunted St. Jon back from his pilgrimage. Indeed, the Mayan people missed hearing the turnly musings of St Jon, but Pope Mobius did an excellent job of filling in. We look forward to hear of St Jon's exploits abroad.

BTW, isn't the term 'Pope' regarded as the supreme leader in a religious government? Does that mean that Mobius was ranked higher than 'Saint' in the hierarchy of the Australian government...

Not much has changed here though.

              • Popes merely aspire to become saints - some, who prove their wisdom actually become saints...

Pope Mobius I hopes that his service for his master, Saint Jon is well received by the peoples of Australia - let them judge his future...

Despite suffering many wounded the inner spiritual strength of the Salvation Army enabled them to finally relieve the citizens of Londinium of pain in this World.

Such suffering as this is more than I can stand to watch. Please 'Beast' bring your unjust War against the World to an end. This carnage unleashed by unprovoked Roman aggression against all other civilised nations has hit yet new depths when entire Cities have to be laid waste in order to liberate their people from your cruel rule.

See sense, embrace love and set your people free!

                      • Oooh, my head. Sorry guys, I've just finished my final final exams, the end of 17 years of education, and one hell of a bender. My apologies for absense, especially without prior warning, I just kinda started drinking and, well, I'm not sure about the rest.

Anyway, I'm playing the turns now, and will send them on asap.

A tragedy and diplomatic catastrophe! Demosthenes, somewhat bewildered from his celebrations has mistakenly took a Mayan Diplomat for that of an Agent of the Dark One. His death, and subsequent realisation of such an error has brought outrage in Cardiff, and calls for constant sobriety checks on the Welsh leader.

Hextapul of the Mayans, please forgive this error, a true accident, I would not intentionally attack, maim, or kill, any person of Mayan citizenship. Is there any possibility of reconcilliation? The Welsh long to see you as our friend, and hold our heads in shame for such a travesty of justice.

                          Cariad,
                          Demosthenes.

Please resend the last turn, as I haven't received it - and I fear it is lost in cyberspace.

I will be looking at the map when my turn comes in - then I will have a statement concerning the 'Welsh' incident...

Speculation will only muddy the waters at this point in time.

Perhaps Demos should take the earlier advice of St. Jon to refrain from strong drink - though in light of many years of study, a celebration was called for.

Indeed, the Mayans are mourning the loss of a brave and innocent patriot...

Mayan units have often been mistaken to be in areas they are not, or mistaken to be a representative of a different civilization. Just recently, a Mayan diplomat was reported to be on the Assyrian/Roman front. The Mayan government has no record of a diplomat in that locale.

However, mistakes do occur, especially in light of the current state of the world. Innocent units will unfortunately get caught in the crossfire of battle.

Nevertheless, in light of the Welsh willingness to unite with the Mayan forces against the Roman scourge, the Mayan government does not bear any ill intent against the Welsh and ask them to be more careful in the future in their zeal to pursue war against the Romans.

The Assyrian Army is now positioned outside of Eburacum. After shelling the city, inflicting heavy damage mainly to the civilian population. The Assyrian Inteligence Agency, reported that their still remained a large Army of Musketeers and Pikemen behind the city walls.

In other news the Arch Bishop generously offered Assyrian Citizenship to all people dwelling in former Roman cities now under Assyrian control, as long swear fealty to Assyria, and Bow to the Emminence of the Infallible Arch Bishop.
