Two English Diplomatic envoys were sent out today, the first was sent toward Germany. The second will head toward Slavia, then to Canada and finally ending his tour in Mayan Lands. It is our hope that they will be treated with respect and encourage other nations to send forth Diplomats to England.

Statement of Peaceful Intent.

The Holy Empire has now despatched envoys to all the remaining states with whom we have not yet established formal diplomatic relations. During informal discussions with our good neighbours, the Slavs, we were assured that such a visit would not be viewed as hostile. We would formally like to request permission from the noble leaders of the French, Mayan and Canadian Governments for our ambassadors to travel without let or hinderance into their lands so that we can cement the bonds of friendship.
