Thanks for heads up. I realized that right after I rejected. Thank you for not keeping me pinned in there. Please also be aware that my build up near Whitehorse is purely defensive (at least for now, lol). My movements are purely exploratory and are not intended to be threatening. The Cubans would like to remain peaceful for some time to come. We believe our long term advantage is in science, not military.
