Turn to Max
The war administration has sunk to all time low. Actions have been taken to prevent further losses and to give leadership to the generals instead of the government buearacrats. This day ; General Fazon Glorita sent his troops to surround government offices in Cuzco. The Coup was quick, and the former despots were dragged from there fortress's and executed for crimes against the Inca. however former Chairman SvenThor was not found...he left with his secret service hours before the Coup.
Actions were taken to stall the greek juggernaut of the East front. So many inca lives lost in this black hole.....the shattered Republican gaurd and scraped up elements of the XI Corps were sent East to create defensive postures.
On the West front the Spanish has not left us. There spearheads are poised to strike into well defended Inca cities.. Several counter-attacks were ordered. None succeeded.
Being the new leader, I would accept peace overtures. But I feel its probably too late anyway

Turn to the facists.
Loyal towards the former french leader, I have tried to continue the fight against the spaniards.
Reports from the frontline tells me, that it was time to decide if the french nation should go directly towards destruction or try to establish a peace - or at least a ceasefire.
As I was not the one, who planned or started this war - neither was the new leader of the Incan people - I have deceided to go for the latter.
No attacks have been launches this morning. Diplomats have been approching the spanish frontline - wearing the white flag.
We are ready for negotiations.

I too would like to ask the leaders of this world for a ceasefire. The former Chairman SvenThor started this war. He was indeed a capitalist in disguise sent to stir up trouble between our peoples..... I wish not to continue this conflict. I have olive branches of mercy. I can offer nothing else short of vassalization by the Greek and Spanish Superpowers.
With the threat of pollution rising...we ask the warring nations of Greece and Spain to stop there attacks and pull back from Inca territory as gestures of goodwill towards our war torn peoples..

The Communist Dogs finally see the folly of their ways!
Why as the victim of this calculated act should Spain call off her forces that have weathered the communist storm and emerged from the other side stronger!?!
Especially when even while she sues for peace, Inca has the temerity to attack the very nation she calls upon for mercy!?
Still, Spain must think of the bigger picture - that being of the terrible devastation visited upon us by pollution, and the warnings of another impending catastrophe in the very near future...
Peace Demand
1) Both France and Inca MUST renounce Communism IMMEDIATELY or face the consequences!
2) Whilst Spain has straightened out her borders into an easily defendable front with France, she still needs to extract her 'tribute' from the Inca and consolidate her lines on easily defended territory - all cities W of Cuzco are to be claimed by Spain as an 'appeasement'! General Glorita, you have one turn's grace before Spanish occupation forces roll forward again - any Inca units still in this area after that point will be destroyed if caught!
Under the circumstances, this is a more than generous offer!

Mobius I have countered your proposals. I do hope you accept these......I do want to see the end of this game.
As for Rick. I humbly ask that you pull your forces back as a gesture of mercy. I will cede all of my land Australian provinces captured during the first great war.
Regarding the use of weapons against Lima.....I apoligize. It was a bit of panic reaction. But most of the lives lost were Inca anyway

"My congratulations to the Communists for their initiative to sign a peace treaty with the Spanish and the Greeks
I would like to ask from Tomas to reconsider his demand. The new Incan leader is new in this world and it would be unfair to suffer the crimes of his predecessor. I am sure that he will be more peacefull and try to cooexist and cooperate with the rest nations successfuly. Show him your mercy and gain the respect of the rest.
Regarding reducing the pollution the Communists produce that would be a good idea but they are not the only ones who pollute this world... That should apply to all of us."

Turn 175 --> General Glorita
Geiger counters in Lima are still showing dangerous levels of radiation after a nuclear device was detonated by one of your covert agents, General Glorita. This is the kind of "olive branch" you offer?
Still, against my better judgement, I am willing to make peace with the new government of Inca.
However, there are conditions that must be met by Inca before we can have peace:
1) Pull back all military units from Greek cities. I will not list them here, as we both know where they are.
2) Disband the city of Arequipa1 and Ancon1. They are too small to be of value to you, but are encroaching on Greek territory. I am offering you the chance to disband them, and thus keep the settlers, as a gesture of friendship.
3) Cease all use of nuclear weapons. They are creating a blight on this planet. Do you think that Greece does not have nuclear capabilities, too? But we have refrained from using these weapons in the interest of the environment.
4) Honor your offer regarding cities taken from Australia by Inca during the last war.
If these conditions are met, Greece will sign a peace treaty with Inca.
One more thing:
The city of Pachacamac1 has been taken in return for the attack on Lima. It was, by the way, built on land that was given in friendship to Inca many years ago. But Greece can no longer have an Inca city that close to Greek cities after all that has transpired.
I think you will agree that Greece is being quite generous with Inca...particularly after your unwise nuclear attack upon Lima.
And speaking of the environment, Greece calls upon the two greatest polluters in the world to immediately take steps to clean up your nations. France has the means to reduce their emissions after the gift of recycling by Spain. And the fact that Spain has not made greater use of their own recycling technology is a sad thing, and we urge you in the strongest possible words to embark on a crash course to curb these emissions. If Greece can maintain our production output with so much less pollution, surely other nations can, too.

Noble Xenephon,
We have accpeted your peace proposals. We have only 1 quarrel about the status of Lima. But that is to be settled at a future date as I ordered 6 tank battalions to stay back. Troops in Ayr, Brisbane, Cairns, Hobart and other Australian cities are packing up and moving out. 2 nuclear Devices have been moved to secret location..Depending on how the Spaniards respond to our proposal, they have a date with disarment. We do hope and Pray and Senor' Tomas Excepts our proposal. It is all we can really offer......We have already fallen below 5000 production. I have to think Mobius, that if you take anymore cities you will soon have one of those Massive revolts that so plague super-sized empires.
I plead with the Spanish. Let us live in peace!!

I just wonder if Spain takes all Incan cities west of Cuzco and Greece all ex-Australian cities what will be left for the Incans
As long as I know both Spanish and Greeks attacked first the Incans and not vice versa without actual provocation. And if I remember correctly your relations with the Incans weren't that bad.
To be honest if something like this would happen to me a couple of turns after having taken over a civ I would withdraw as I would find no reason to commit myself in a lost game from the beginning of my reign.
It's just makes me wonder who is next...
