Ummmm.... To answer your original question Jppw... Yes, I will make your game rated as soon as everyone agrees to the rated status of the game. My delaying not making the "9th Turn Start" a rule caused this misunderstanding. It is not a "rule" yet, Blackice, just a proposal. Rules are posted on the lead post of this thread, only. But I will post the new rule asap, as no one has objected to this proposal. Have a nice day!
