  • I think the player should just stay at the bottom of their BAID and climb back up, because that person has truly defeated the a/i at that level.

    • Great Troll! just remember load XP last, 98 first.

I agree first and last baid should be the start and finish but.... Do people email thier challenges?

      • Post your challenges here on this thread, Blackice. An email is good for a follow up, but usually the post here to the most current "CTP PBEM Challenge Ladder" thread is sufficient. Good gaming.

              • 42. Chlg 42 TheBirdMan vs. hatschy; Started Feb-2003 -- In progress.

I have laid down all my weapons on the ground in front of this master of nukewars (but I have been learning (again)).

From a relative good position (actually - for a long time I did think I would win without too much work - eventually by an alien victory if the game lasted that long) - but-but-but....

I have been able to make more mistakes than I want to remember.

Hatchy is the winner in this game.

                • Mathemagician (Me) concedes to BirdMan in turn 236.

Hatschy is such a master of nukewars that even his adept beats the mighty Mathemagician. congrats both to Birdie and Hatschy.

anyone else wanting a game with me ? im just an addict.

                      Pete

                      I have a weird problem

I had like 7 games installed on my "D" drive, a second area of 55 gb on my HD.

I have had no problems since installed..til about 20 minutes ago.

I was installing Rise of Bations on "D"

Now, I played 7 hours of CTP today saves all worked fine.

I played 1 hour of Delta Force Land Warrior.

I had XML and EditPlus2 also installed

                      Battlefield 1942

                      Webshots.

I looked in my "D" program file and everything is gone!

                      Only Rise of Nations!

They are not anywhere to be found on pc, I ran a virus scan..nothing. I searched and found nothing!

                      Weird!

I have webshots or rather had and its not anywhere to be found. BUT..my wallpaper pix of me, son and grandson are still showing ..but webshots is not showing installed??

other desktop icons as well as program files from startup showing as installed are not accessable?

                      Any clues?

Is this program available to retrieve them?

                      Thanks in advance!

                      Peace

Thank you for a very interesting match, BirdMan. For a long time I also thought I'd loose the match, especially when I saw your marines and tanks approaching. But the nuke-city-and-disband-it strategy did work well. Above all, it gave me the time I needed to produce units and prepare an invasion from space...
