You are not supposed to play anys turn unless you are "official" sub for a player. You have to open and just end the turn. Nothing else.

I played Stavros turn, nothing unusaul done.. Switched a few things that were not building anything. And moved a settler and diplomat. Most of his men are on pre-moves anyway.
