After several months in a monastery in the Canadian Rockies. Hamilcar has decided that it is time to go back to his people. Canadian authorities arranged for his journey home. We wish him all the best and good luck.

On the top at his power, Hasdrubal stood in the studychamber, where Hannibal died. A day he now felt was ages ago. He took a look over "his" city Emperors Rest. And smiled.

From a relative small nation, he had rosen a mighty military power. Great it was. It had conquered the spanish colonies on the mainisland - it have knowledge of a terrifying weapon, actually one was build - his army, his navy and his airforce. A spaceship. All more than he had expected, when he was "only" the brother of Hannibal and a simple general.

Of course, it is very expensive to keep such a military force - but it was "his" and he had the will to find the money. He had a very effensive corps of tax-collectors and agents throughout the nation.

And it was from one of those informers, that Hasdrubal later would learn, that someone he had called a foolish young rebel, was back in Phoenicia.

But that's a different story.

Looking back at a long list great achievements (we have the best protected cities in the world, our anti-pollution standards are even better than those who call themselves ecotopians), comrade Mao decides to end his career now.

Soon, the people of Egypt will elect a new leader.

Too bad Mao will not meet this man of mythical proportions Hamilcar, son of Hannibal, on an equal basis.
Perhaps he can arrange a more informal meeting someday.

Hamilcar has called some of his fathers advisors to a meeting. It was difficult to send the messages, even more difficult to convince them, that this was not a trap. And most difficult will it be actually to arrive to the meeting - the secret police has eyes and ears everywhere.


Back in Emperors Rest, Hasdrubal is examining some photoes, just taken today by a spacefigther.

"Ha, some much for the spanish greens" he said. "They aint able to control their production - that area there cannot produce anything the next many years." He pointed on a black spot on the photo. "Right there, a little left of their capitol".
