We shall remove our forces from at least 3 tiles from your nearest city. But we do not recognize the map maker's "presumed" borders as real borders (as you seem to be implying). We have expanded more quickly than you, and I think all the other world leaders realize that the first nation to occupy a piece of land, owns that land. Shaka of the Zulus has occupied one of the Assyrian "presumed" tiles, and rightfully so, because his forces were there "first".
