      • Turn 148 sent to Milamber.

Nations of the world, hear me! The Greek Empire stands in awe of the scientists working in Edison's Lab, who this turn have mastered a new and revolutionary view of the universe, called quantum physics. Although we would much prefer to use this technology to avert an ecological disaster, by building pollution-reducing nuclear plants, we are forced by necessity to begin production of doomsday weapons, due to the silence of the other nations on this matter. I call upon the nations of the world, one more time, to allow us to work together and save ourselves from this madness. Further silence is also an answer.

I heard a loud voice, I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! It's rider was named Death, and hades was following close behind him. They were given power over one fourth of the earth to kill by the sword, famine and plague.

Disaster can easily be averted by the major polluters acting responsibly...

As I stated earlier, I would love nothing more. However, it is obvious to me that all nations are cooperating against me, and unless I can get some assurance against nuclear war, I'm going to continue arming myself with nukes for a counterattack, despite pollution being too high. How do I know other nations are working together? Well, you all have the same advances, for one thing. Another reason is the silence that has greeted my wish for an anti-nuke treaty, especially from the second-most powerful nation. Also, the canadians used to send me emails trying to get me to attack other countries with him. When I chose the peaceful route, they stopped communicating with me. It is not hard to picture what the canadians are up to now.

                              • Rest assured, there will be no 1st strike nuclear attack from me. Mind you, if you cause a disaster I may not feel that way...
