Here's an updated screenshot. Sarantium seems to have withdrawn their archer - though that probably means they moved it 9, where it's near the city.

Moving a chariot forward to scout seems advisable to start, but I don't think we heard back from you on that last turn. What do you think?

It looks like Archer "Laverne" did indeed move onto the tile 3 of Anhinga. Archer "William" is still inside Anhinga. (They are both unpromoted.)

I know there is not much chance of Sarantium attacking the Horde stack from Anhinga, but I would feel more comfortable moving 7 onto the gold hill instead of sitting in the plains. Many units will be damaged after the initial attack on the city and will be left exposed to whatever may be lurking around.

It makes little difference to their strategy and adds a little extra security to our troops.

Anhinga is no more! One axe lightly damaged. One chariot retreats after attack, is heavily damaged and temporarily moves into Merc borders. One chariot lost.
