Nope, their last comunicay is on the 16th when they briefly acknowlage the reciet of the main proposal.

At nearly a month of silence I feel something must be done, to figure out if they have actualy broken off diplomatic relations (which they need to have spheres to actualy say outright) or are suffering some kind of internal disorganization to the point of paralisis.
