      • I know there's a scout, but due to their borders being 3 tiles apart from capital, it can't do much to clear the doubt..

I can imagine them thinking that the silk site is good enough as there's nothing better in range, but still the emptiness to the south seems strange..

Yeah, but no rush to it either, we don't have a marble wonder directly in reach and we need our chukonus to be sure we can win the war.

My countrymen have long waited for word of your response to our offer, having been slow in though ourselves we felt it best to show you even greater solitude for you to have the time nessary to dwell upon our words. So we now humbaly ask if your considerations are nearing a conclusion. If it is not then fear not for no critical desisions need be made for some time, we mearly seek to get the length negotiation process off too a start as soon as possible. We trust you will soon complete your studies of meditation, likewise we have begun researching AnimalHubandry to assist in the development of our second city. May we inquire as to ware you scolars will direct their efforts?

I left out MetalCasting Pop, they might not be watching Tech score enough to catch it, so its an Ace up our sleve. Telling them about AH is a rather benihn tech that wont scare them or reveal much about what were doing. If I was them I'd be researching Bronze.

                        • Nope, their last comunicay is on the 16th when they briefly acknowlage the reciet of the main proposal.

At nearly a month of silence I feel something must be done, to figure out if they have actualy broken off diplomatic relations (which they need to have spheres to actualy say outright) or are suffering some kind of internal disorganization to the point of paralisis.

I'm PM'ing Snoopy to get his input.

"after x years of no communications we are closing our diplomatic office. We will keep an eye on you and its very possible that we will act before asking when we think something is off"
