Quick speed means that you have a smaller window of opportunity to use military units before they become obsolete. So the game would be dictated by the tech race, less so by warmongering. I think the tech rate in this game is already going to be pretty fast, given that human players are under no restrictions when trading techs (other than Alphabet, of course).And her eyes have all the seeming of a demon's that is dreaming...

2. Starting Era: Ancient
3. Barbarians: Normal
4. Difficulty Level: Noble (I mean, why not? Why Monarch? There’s no AI in the game )
5. Alliances: No Permanent Alliances
6. Tech Trading: Yes
7. City Razing: On (I was tempted to vote “Off”, I liked what Dominae said)
8. City Flipping: Normal
9. Choosing Civs: Preferences
10. Map Type: Continents
11. Map Design: Previewed
12. Resource Balance: Normal
13. Map Size: Normal

The diff level is unsurprising (and honestly I have no problem with it). What I do have a problem with is no city flipping and no barbs!

The trick isn't to break some eggs to make an omelette, it's convincing the eggs to break themselves in order to aspire to omelettehood.
