Keep in mind Nationhood is no upkeep, which is quite a drop from low upkeep, and a huge drop from Bureaucracy's high upkeep (even as Organized). If that 28 base did include this delta, I still think we want to draft a round of Macemen. Depending on what Imperio does, we should consider staying in Nationhood after the golden age expires. We need to neutralize them before the PAL tech train overcomes our production advantage.

Someone that can log in should be able to test how much we'll save from the Civics screen, by mousing over, right?

Alright, so Timmy made a good point that we should revolt in 2 turns (T156) so that we have the option of revolting again on the last turn of our golden age if we want to. Let's do that. We can still draft a maceman out of Green Acres that turn, but obviously the rest of our cities can wait until T157 when we can be drafting our mighty Oromo Warriors.

My opinion is that we will probably want to continue with nationhood after the golden age finishes. But losing 1 turn of bureaucracy by revolting on T156 is worth the added flexibility of being able to change civics if we want to on T161 (the last turn of the golden age), even if it looks right now that we won't want to change civics. And we get 1 more macewoman.
