The idea of setting up Globe pump is that it will keep going for the entire duration of the game. So Green Acres does look like a better location. Cape Town can get next instructor.

A reminder that we get another great person in 3 turns (T157) with 88% chance of a scientist, 12% artist. Part of me is now hoping for an artist to set off a culture bomb just after Imperio get Jerusalem and Constantinople . With an empty garrison, Jerusalem would revolt very quickly.
