Oh, the main reason I don't think we should take the Dutch as first choice is that at least 2 other teams have 'm as first choice.

Do we think other teams will put Willem high on their list? If they do, then we're unlikely to get him below 1st pick. In that case, Joao of Portugal is a reasonable backup plan instead of Willem in case we don't get Charlie. The Portugese UU is a caravel which can carry military units, which moves new world settlement back from astronomy to optics, a big speed advantage.some day I'll put a catchy phrase hereComment

Please find below The Rabbits top 5 civ choices.
1st : Charlemagne
2nd : Pacal

Can you please let me know when you receive all the teams civ choices (6 teams now) and roughly how long you will need to design the map, place the civs and check for balancing....
I will then advise all the teams and the game host of an approx starting date.
