    Stalin.

I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.

I think the Holy Wabbits give us the best dual strategy. With the UU and UB we could hang on and spread in the Old World. And even if we're blocked there the UB gives us good opportunity to support cities in the New World. Remember, it's not necessarily the first guy who sets foot there that will wind up with the most territory in the New World. Chances are that defenses of the first oversea colonies will be rather weak, so an opportunity arises. And there could be several "America's".

2 more votes in favour of Charlie, and he got 50% support of our electoral hutches.

We have, as a team, a clear preference, but were we supposed to have 5 candidates?

                    Well I didn't vote Charlemagne!!

I decided to go for the water option and voted Willem. I almost voted for Pacal but then changed my mind as I think that the Dutch UU will be extremely handy. Pacal was a good choice because he starts with Mysticism making religion easily within our grasp.

In the end I decided that our rabbit icon would look particularly dashing with an orange background.....

But what happened with your Khmer leader? He wasn't among the vote options.

Last minutes. Dutch with water are winners, but without...

HRE... just don't like Prot. ; but even like less run out polls...

                        It gets my vote.

                        Best regards,

Well fed, you just made the Dutch our second or third choice if the issue comes up.

It seems that as no-one seconded my suggestions they were not considered for the vote.

Right then, Charles is our first choice, followed by a tie for second and a tie for third. We can either submit as that or re-poll for the runners up.

                                i.e.

                                1st : Charlemagne
                                2nd : Pacal
                                2nd : Willem van Oranje
                                3rd : Stalin
                                3rd : Ragnar

or we re-poll for places 2 to 5...........
