Up at the top, under civgroups, then to Glory of War, then go over and click join. Unfortunatly, since you are new, it may take some time to authorize you. If you are a true warmonger, you will be accepted for sure.

I sent you a diplomatic PM last night, and it contained permission to show it in your private forum just in case. I really don't mind if any of my diplomatic PMs are shown in the private forum without permission, unless I say that I don't wish them to be shown (I probably won't).

I concur that anything I send away to any of the team's diplomats is information for the ENTIRE team unless specifically stated (not that I can see a situation for that).
