                    • I would like to thank everyone for doing such a good job playing lately! We are one of the most trouble-free games on the boards. Everyday it gets more interesting. Many of you have begun meeting one another (judging from your scores ), its beginning to look like we got a game here! I realize that some of you will be leaving for break soon, I too will have to take a couple of days off at the end of next week. Please make sure to post your info as soon as you know. (Dates unavailable, if skipping is allowed etc.)

Want to have a cram session sometime after December 1? Lets pick a day and try to figure out a time. I get the feeling most of you would like to play on a sunday, so lets pick one.
                      Would you like to play:
                      Dec.2, Dec 9, or Dec. 16?

                      Happy Civ'ing!

                        • Yup, I've been watching for the save but haven't seen it yet. Random, you still around?

Could be that some folks are away from their PC due to US holidays, but I thought the plan was to send out unavailable times. Ayronis, have you heard anything?

I should add that I may or may not be able to play from Nov 23 to Nov 30 too. I'll look for a substitute in case the answer turns out to be no.
I guess this is what happened. I wish he had been a little clearer about it. Let this be a message to everyone - in the future can everyone please be clearer about when they are leaving. It would be nice if you said hello and goodbye as well... we are gonig to be spending a looong time together so we may as well get along right

                            • Well its looking like Fall break is officially upon the American University system, so I officially announce our game on hold until at least Dec. 2 when at least three of us return. I will periodically check in on our thread to see how everyone is doing, and I will have the ability to play a turn or two over the course of the next five days or so, but I highly doubt it'll even get all the way around.

I will check in again tomarrow before I leave, if anyone has any last minute messages.

ps. The new patch came out today!!
As I understand it, it doesn't have any significant effect on PBEM games so I believe we should all get it and continue playing as normal. The password bypass bug when loading games from ingame appears to remain still, hopefully this will be addressed soon. In anycase, I feel confident that no one here would ever resort to such sillyness.

                              • Great. I'll check from time to time over the holiday in case Random checks in.

Already patched and have played a few multiplayer games on tiny maps. Much improved! Looks like they managed to fix almost all the issues

                                Have a good thanksgiving all!
