Nope. It isn't.
If one person upgrades to 1.20, then everyone has to...which shouldn't be a problem...____________________________

I too would like to upgrade. I'm not sure what my other PBEM game members want to do...but what the hell, if I upgrade for this game, then I will play all of my other PBEMs with the upgrade.

Well, I've downloaded the latest patch, but haven't installed it yet. According to the V1.20 Patch thread there are some MAJOR problems with the v1.20 patch as it now stands....
I suggest holding off for a bit to see if Firaxis can fix the v1.20 patch.____________________________

the only real 'major' thing I've read about was the industrial era tech tree, which can be fixed. (makes the patch seem really amateurish though...)
and I read something about MP games, drop outs and synching stuff, though that won't affect us.
