      Oh, and by the way - since most (if not all) of my other PBEMs are now playing with the version 1.15 Beta Patch, I have also upgraded (two turns ago actually).

          Markos prefers to keep threads at 500 posts and below. If I recall, it has somthing to do with longer threads being memory hogs and/or slowing down the server.
