ADG, are you still using 1.00 version, is that why we have so much corruption ?
Was just playing a quick single player (v.1.15) with same settings as this game, and did have far less corruption

Did you use a Tiny map? Also, your capital is on a peninsula here, so distance corruption is going to be worse than normal.
The game was started by Octavian X with version 1.12, which also had a different corruption formula (and I'm still using). I've had players at 'poly tell me corruption is calculated each turn by the individual's PC, but it wasn't alexman so that could easily be wrong. ;-)

But still with the old patch... Still got problems with that cd-thingy, so I guess I have to wait to update until I find "some other way"

Well, I'm not too inclined to uninstall and redo everything with a dual install. How about we wait a couple days to see how the 1.20 fiasco plays out?
ADG, is this a matter of reinstalling a no-CD crack on your PC, or further problems specific to 1.20?Enjoy Slurm - it's highly addictive!Comment

I too had such CD problems with earlier versions of PtW, it was really annoying. I too had always the original copy. Gladly not had those with C3C -knock knock-Originally posted by ADG

Try mailing firaxis support to get no-cd for 1.20 if no friendly person hasnt published one yet. The address was somewhere there
