Regarding the patches, from what I can gather, v1.13 was an 'add on' to v1.12 rather than a complete patch, and was issued to some players over at CDG for testing, who then leaked it. v1.15 is also an add on - hence the recommendation to install v1.13 first.

I believe that v1.15 is based on Soren Johnson's model for corruption, which he describes as follows:

So it seems that we now have corruption calculated as it was originally intended, which was why I was keen to install the patch. However I'm not trying to dictate terms here by any means, and if we would all rather stick with v1.12 until the end of Feb, then I've got no problem with that whatsoever!

OK, so here we are close to Feb Patch... and I am finally interested in going ahead with this one...

I installed 1.15, I followed the instructions to backup two critical files..

MAKE SURE YOU COPY YOUR CIV3CONQUESTS.EXE AND TEXT\LABELS.TXT FILES IN CASE YOU WISH TO SWITCH BETWEEN VERSIONS!
