I have been told that the patch only works / applies on the start of the game, and only works / applies on the start of round PC. For this PC does all of the calculations.
I have to confirm it, (not sure where yet).
Has anyone here headr of this yet?

I'm not sure what you mean there Paddy, but from what I can gather I don't think we will have any problems. I recall Jesse saying that for games already on the go, it takes a turn or two for corruption to get re-calculated using the new corruption model on installation of a new patch.
Since we are very early on in the game (two cities each by the looks of it), I think that as they grow corruption will have plenty of time to be correctly calculated using the new model. New cities will automatically have corruption calculated correctly from what I can gather.
Jessi recommends to install v1.15 - just make sure you install v1.13 first - apparently it contains a few files that v1.15 doesn't.

I was not sure myself how to get it across, but you have the issue all under control, thanks.
5 Cities hey Shogun.... very industrious of you.
And then there is the Ghandi off to my North...
Oh master of the purple warriors...
Are we at war this turn?
or have you wandering warriors just wandered in and scared the crap out of my farmers for no reason...?
I actually sent you a offering for something this turn, kust to see that you have warriors on several of my borders... looks mighty agressive to me...
well I will head over to the pub and await your reply, all be it in a formal polite format, or in axes...

Well well well. Two communications ripe with implications, all because of a few wandering warriors??
The Persians have been respectful of the Chinese boarders and will continue to be so. We only seak to explore this strange and beautiful land.
