Naval PBEM - Turn Thread 3

I tried BigFree's files and it still gives the bic IO error when I try to load a pbem save. Works fine on its on and with its own saves just not with any saves downloaded.

Since I can only play PTW pbems through Conquests I am going to have to let EternalSpearman take over.
