A courtesy in case of Sweden, as nobody is allied with them.

A necessity in case of Minor Allied Powers (the brown AI), as England is their permanent ally, and in a real-world situation would be informed about any battles. If you prefer to do so, you can send those reports to Adam instead of posting them here for all of us to see — I have no problem with that, as long as you do report.

I think if you capture an AI city it should be reported. No need to report indivdual battles against the AI. In my opinion. And I will continue to report this way.
