and battle reports Andy, currently I am in 76 games, of which these reports are only done in 1 or 3 ...

and I seem to remember inviting you both to play this game, so give over. if you can not move on this one time fair enough, lets just stop here. you guys go set up your games and play and report all the stats you want

    ok?

glad we could get that sorted...

now shall we talk of turn speed... as in where is the Rugby game

you two suddenly got so much time on your hands... and Rugby be a game that Gunner is not in so we can move that around

even if the "All Blacks" were handing out lessons on the weekend

The Palmi Incident - England Declares war on the Ottoman Empire

3 British Man-o-Wars were sailing to the Austrian port of Palmi for some shore leave and military to military discussions with the local Austrian Military commander when an Ottoman Frigate appeared from a cove and tacted aggressively towards the British ships off the coast of Palmi, Austria.

A warning shot was fired... and a second....but the Turkish ship refused to change course or reduce speed. The British ships attempted to change course giving passage to the Turkish ship, however, it matched any course changes made by the British ships. When the Turkish ship opened it gun ports - it was perceived to be an act of aggression. The British ships fired in self defense and sunk the Ottoman Frigate.

The British Admirality is convinced that Turkish intelligence knew of British VIP diplomats on board and that this ship and sought to disrupt close British-Austrian ties.

Closer to the British Homeland, two Man-o-Wars engaged an Ottoman Frigate Spy Ship. This was also sunk.

During the same week, Ottoman troops in Prague opened fire on British patrols to the North of the city. British forces pursued the Ottoman troops which fled inside the city walls. As the Ottoman commander refused any discussion with the local British commander, our commander was authorized to take action against the Turks. A massive artillery bombardment was engaged combined with British cavalry assaults on Turkish positions.

                            Ouch, that was nasty!

This requires detailed consideration, a quick bit of diplo then turn will be played.
