it was mentioned when the game was being set up - we were only going to have in game diplo allowed - that was also the reason for our title of this game.

but its more fun with a bit of talk, so i'm easy either way.

The Celts would point that we attacked nobody. Your settlers were walking about with tools, not weapons. There were no weapons anywhere around in fact. And you now have your people back, safe and sound, totally unharmed.

The deal is there as it stands. Construction to our people would mean we have both suffered near equal losses, and we can put this behind us and move on. We look forward to receiving news of your final decision.
