I'm opening up the save now and can tell you that the Sultan never sent peace documents my way....

Greetings from the Sultan. Apologies for this accursed war problem - it seems that England and France's MPP with Austria is causing automatic war declarations. The Sultan confirms that no war has been declared by him personally, and that in fact it is the frog and pommy emissaries who keep on bringing the paperwork to his goat field.

Austria refuses to grant an audience with our runners, so war must continue for a bit longer unfortunately. We will also take the opportunity to hoist the Sultan's colours above Budapest as agreed with the frogs. Perhaps the Austrians will then find new motivation to discuss peace terms.

actually its camel meat. tough at times, but if you curry the crap out of it, beautiful.

how go your snails?

the snails are all very good with lots of brandy and a new sauce from the americas - tobasco

love the idea of curried camel, will try some in town next week, we have quite a few resturants that sell camel here in sydney town

I must admit that I do not like it slow roasted, nor really grilled, so curried would be interesting indeed

I hope not to offend, but the entire nation of England has rejected the selection of camel meat for a meal. We ain't too keen on snails neither.

now fish and chips the Sultan likes. he was a bit surprised to hear that King Paddy eats his snails brandy and tobasco.

that's the same as saying "I like salmon smothered in brown sauce and whiskey", he said.

and I thought French fancied themselves when it came to food.



the sultan has sent over a crate of prime grade camel meat, curried intensively, for King Paddy to tantalise his taste buds with.
