Any Grognards out there? Went out and bought Rome: Total War this Thursday, havent been able to tear myself away. This game is fantasitc, a very good balance of strategic and tactical warfare, whats really neet is when two Armies meet for battle on the Strategic map, the game switches to a Tactical map with the local terrain and locations the same as the strategic map, then you move around for good position and hack it out.
This tactical level fighting would be neet in Civ, would change the way the game is played.
