i just opened an embassy with all, so i got a look into all capitals. some veeeery interesting things to be seen

It's true that there have been some rather ineffective economic policies within the Babylonian Empire, and that we are in fact skint.

That's OK though, as the economic managers simply sell off a worker every turn. Now there's a way to make an economy grow Reminds me of senior management of most Australian companies.

I can't see why it would be, it seems to me to be intentionally programmed into the game, as actual goverments run defecits all the time (although GWBush has set a new precedent there).

In any case, my research is currently set to zero.
