and as you may be aware I am not at home this week

I am on a laptop that is operating version 1.22

yet is not opening all games which is strange

I am not sure what is going on

here is a screenshot of what is coming up, then the Civ program closes down

OOC: chris, please don't let events in other PBEMs influence this one. this time i'm not on your continent, not attacking an ally of yours (he doesn't have any resources which he could be trading you) but an AI.
and to top all that: rome actually attacked me after a city of his city flipped to me and he had 2 longbowmen within my borders. in fact, 3 roman cities flipped to me in total before the war started... you've got the best lands with one large home island and two medium other ones. let me at least take some crappy roman plains and deserts please

OOC Okay sabrewolf Ill bite in this thread, though Ive seen you post your apparent frustrations with me in at least one other place.

You have also sent an email asking me not to let other games influence my decisions in this one.

Firstly I am NOT allowing other games to influence my decisions in this game OK.

I do believe I have the right to make choices in any PBEM Im involved in with regard to my stance towards others and the decisions I take, do you agree with that ?

Or do you feel I should play the game the way you would have me do so ? it seems that maybe you do.

Ask yourself why should I sit back and let you win this game and to add to it provide you with luxery resources to make it easier for you to warmonger your way through the AI's. If you can find an answer to this question then you are half way to realising why I have taken certain actions in this game !!!

Dont expect a reply to the email you sent me as this will suffice as far as Im concerned, of course I would have much prefered to discuss this with you off the thread but you have sort of forced my hand.

Im not interested in who attacked who and what cities flipped to you etc its not my problem.
