So - what would you change in the process? Actually - once I figured out what was going on, I'm fairly intrigued. Then again - when I end up with the Russians I will be right there beside you pushing for process improvement.

(You can't get the Russians- you nominated them! ) I'm still not sure if discarding duplicate picks just until the next round is the best way to go, but I wanted to be sure we didn't run out of tribes...

On a more serious note - regarding the play order - I am gmt-5 (edt) and generally play from 5 pm to 11 pm my time, which is 22:00 to 04:00 gmt.
