Rasputin, maybe you could save attached files on a floppy drive or memory stick (that usb one) where you have access to the internet, and play at home then send it next day when you have access again. You may zip files additionally to save their size. Maybe meanwhile files might be attached to posts here on the forum for you. Some people do this way. I do not know how much time it would need for you receive or send a file 150 kB or something from the place you are now
