Yeah, except no landmines as they are really evil.

      Germany:
      -- Albert Speer
      -- Einstein
      -- Heisenberg
-- Niels Bohr (not German, I know...)
      -- Copernicus
Einstein was Jewish, Copernicus was Polish.

Jewish is not a nationality, it is a religion. Einstein was first german then american.

Not too many women in there! I suppose someone has to cook the dinner and clean the house.

I left Ablert alone as it could be argued either way. He grew up in Germany, but all his accomplishment were as an American. I am not sure how that should be handle and both will lay a claim, I would think. I did post Copernicus was Polish.

He wrote the theory of relativity in 1905 or 1906, got the Nobel Price in 1921 (for another discovery) and moved to USA in 1932 due to increased anti-semitism in Germany. After his move to USA, he spent about 20 years in quest for an advance he never succeded to find.

Be easy on Di. No she didn't do much admittedly, but there are few people who when they died devastated a nation quite so much. I think that qualifies her to be on the top 100, top 10, I'm not so sure.

Think about JFK, arguably he wasn't much of a president, that certainly doesn't disqualify him from being a revered american hero. BTW, he should be on our list as well.

Then, all Jews from Poland are Poles?

How about Eagle-Eye Sherry, Roxette, Aqua, AHA, Dr Alban, Bjork and all the other "Viking leaders" They are all from Scandinavia, just like ABBA.

I think LEADERS should count, not simple celebrities.
