just talk to her while you play civ, its not like some one is going to wipe out your civ if you leave the game for a feew minutes. Ahh, the joys of turn-based games

Well Hull sucks, so this means I do not have much of a social life, a girlfriend anything which pisses me off no end. So the problem is, in one way, Civ3 will be a godsend, allieviating my boredom, but on the other hand a curse, because I will be hooked and won't be able to get out anywhere. My disk is gone. Dead. Civ2, though the *rest* of the Multiplayer Gold Edition box (maps, manual, EVERTHING!) is there, the disk has disappeared.

So, instead, I play SMAC. Or actually, right now I'm playing a game of SMAX.
